答:(1)传统的做法是人们为了方便而制定的规则。但是如今随着社会的发展和进步,这些习俗已经不适合现代社会的需要了。(如周末的休息时间缩短) (2)如果一个人没有固定的假日或工作日期的话就会失去生活的意义。所以应该制定新的规定来规范人们的日常生活。

(3)在当今这个快速发展的时代里,我们应该用更有效的方法来提高工作效率和生活质量。

(4)对于一些特殊的日子可以放假以增加节日气氛。比如复活节星期天就应当放一天假,这样可以让更多的人参加到庆祝活动之中去,同时也能提高人们对西方文化的了解程度。
